We keep our shipping simple and transparent.

• Option 1: Courier Guy Locker – R80 delivery fee
• Option 2: Courier Guy Locker to Door – R130 delivery fee
• Please note that we do not offer free delivery.

We deliver nationwide to areas serviced by The Courier Guy.

 

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours once payment has cleared.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information from The Blooming Desk. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

 

Vintage Items & Condition

All items sold by The Blooming Desk are vintage or pre-loved. As such, they may show natural signs of age, wear, or patina, which form part of their character and uniqueness.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Please review all product images and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

 

Responsibility & Risk

All items are carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are outside of The Blooming Desk’s direct control.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify The Blooming Desk within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. In such cases, we will offer a 50% refund of the item value as a gesture of goodwill.

Please note that, due to the nature of vintage items, replacements are not possible, and full refunds are not offered for transit-related damage.
